We provide services for toddlers, preschool aged children, and early school-aged children experiencing difficulty with speech, language, social & play skills. When providing therapy we use play evidence-based practices to work on goals and to develop the foundational skills necessary for children to be effective communicators.

Speech therapy sessions may be provided in your home, in the community (e.g., library, park, community centre) or online.

FSCD Speech Therapy

Speech therapy sessions for families with an Family Services for Children with Disabilities contract. True North follows the FSCD hourly service rates for direct and indirect time.

Myofunctional Therapy

Myofunctional therapy focuses on the muscles and functions of the mouth. It is often used to treat various oral disorders, including tongue thrust, incorrect swallowing patterns, open mouth rest posture and other orofacial myofunctional disorders.
